Uniquely ECO HABITATS offers a consultancy package covering all aspects of creating an eco-tourism nature park from its inception through to a hands-on operation.

Typically the consultancy will evaluate a site in terms of its geographical location, topographical features, relationship to urban infrastructure, niche within existing tourist visitation patterns and potential to operate as a viable commercial enterprise.

After establishing a working data base, taking into account the above factors, ECO HABITATS would bring together a coherent team of professionals used to working within this highly specialised part of the tourism industry.

As Principal Consultant our company will obtain fee submissions and establish the scope of work for each profession and recommend on the most suitable team players. This will ensure the orderly, logical and cost-effective evolution of a design concept tempered with practical knowledge and a close understanding of the commercial forces driving such a project.

Once the design concepts reach a satisfactory level, coupled with a comprehensive financial model acceptable to the proponents and investors, ECO HABITATS would then proceed through the production of detailed drawings and specifications sufficient for statutory approval and capable of calling tenders from contractors.

During this process arrangements for the acquisition and program for acquiring fauna would be negotiated and put in place. Similarly landscaping regimes and sources would also be integrated into the construction process.

Staff training and a management program would also be part of the consultancy package activated during the construction period.

On completion of construction and opening of the facility ECO HABITATS would monitor, on an agreed timetable, the performance of the management team, staff and the overall facility.
